Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support business decision-making through accurate data analysis and reporting. The role will focus on sales, distribution, marketing, and supply chain data to help improve performance and drive growth in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance systems
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management
  • Track key business KPIs such as sales growth, market share, distribution coverage, and inventory turnover
  • Analyze consumer behavior, promotional effectiveness, and pricing trends
  • Support demand forecasting and sales planning through data-driven insights
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand data requirements
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
  • Automate reports and improve data processes where possible

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query)
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database management
  • Good understanding of sales and distribution data in FMCG environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present complex data in a clear and simple way

Salary:

  • BDT- 80,000 – 100,000/(based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Protocol & External Engagements:

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager, Architecture & Engineering. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for assisting in store layout design, architectural planning, project coordination, and technical support related to store development and maintenance. The role also involves liaising with contractors, vendors, and relevant departments to ensure timely project execution, maintaining design standards, and supporting the expansion of Company stores across Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and design the development and layout of both exterior and interior spaces, evaluate in-store designs and product assortment strategies in collaboration with management
  • Actively participate in management team meetings for ongoing projects and new ventures, ensuring clear communication of expectations and next steps
  • Contribute to all phases of design, including schematic design, design development, and preparation of construction documents
  • Continuously update project manuals and specifications, ensuring all scopes, revisions, and additions are accurately captured
