This role requires strong technical financial expertise combined with leadership ability to oversee the companyโ€™s accounting and finance operations in a fast-paced export-oriented knitwear environment. ๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ: Financial Reporting & Compliance: * Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Bangladesh Accounting Standards and IFRS principles * Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements including VAT, tax, AIT, corporate tax, and other government regulations * Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process, ensuring timely closure of audit findings Accounts Management: * Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash books, and bank reconciliations * Maintain proper accounting records, journals, and reconciliation statements * Monitor and control cash flow and fund flows, ensuring business continuity and liquidity Budgeting & Forecasting: * Lead the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis against actual performance * Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and cost controls for management decision-making Financial Control & Strategy: * Implement and enforce internal financial controls, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) * Provide recommendations for financial performance improvement, cost reduction, and process enhancements * Support senior management with financial analysis and insights to drive business strategy Team Leadership: * Supervise and mentor the accounts and finance team, promoting a high level of accuracy and collaboration * Develop staff competencies and ensure accountability and efficiency across the finance function ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ: * Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Masterโ€™s preferred) * Professional qualifications such as ACCA/CIMA/CA (part-qualified or qualified) are highly desirable * Minimum 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, ideally within the garments, textile, export-oriented manufacturing sector * Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, audit coordination, and team management ๐‡๐จ๐ฐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐€๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ฒ: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume to โ€œikigaihrbd@gmail.comโ€ Please include Application for โ€œManager โ€“ Accounts & Financeโ€ in the subject line
