Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the marketing budget in alignment with organizational strategy
  • Conduct market research and analyze results to understand customer behavior, supporting top management in developing comprehensive sales and marketing roadmaps
  • Propose strategies to enhance marketing capabilities through informed decision-making and improved operations
  • Understand business needs and translate stakeholder requirements into value propositions to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, sales, and profitability
  • Develop and implement branding strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Develop, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements for the use of infrastructure, as required
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to ensure marketing campaigns align with customer expectations
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing activities across channels such as social media, paid media, search, influencers, and other online platforms
  • Oversee e-commerce platforms and develop content and promotional strategies to increase online sales
  • Supervise, mentor, and train marketing team members to strengthen organizational capability
  • Ensure commitment to health, safety, environmental standards, and industry best practices
  • Maintain strong partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA in Marketing or a relevant field from a renowned university
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant field, preferably in the FMCG/LPG industry
