Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Site In-Charge – Sales & Marketing to lead daily customer engagement, sales activities, and on-ground marketing execution at our facility.

This role is ideal for someone who is driven to understand customer behavior, convey proper information, and convert insights into strong sales performance. You will act as the on-site leader – combining marketing awareness with active selling to grow revenue and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Drive service sales through walk-ins, inquiries, and repeat customers
• Engage customers with consultative selling and service recommendations
• Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and loyalty

Marketing Execution (On-Ground & Informed Approach):

• Support and execute marketing activities based on customer behavior and site insights
• Identify customer needs, trends, and feedback to improve promotions and conversions
• Ensure strong visibility and communication of ongoing offers and services at site

Team Coordination & Sales Alignment:

• Guide front-line staff to support sales conversations and customer handling
• Ensure team alignment with sales targets and service communication standards
• Monitor performance and encourage conversion-driven behavior

Service Quality & Customer Experience:

• Ensure customer experience aligns with company premium service standards
• Maintain consistency in service communication and delivery expectations

Inventory & Resource Awareness:

• Monitor basic product usage related to service delivery
• Coordinate with management for timely replenishment where needed

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales performance, customer trends, and
• Share insights from customer interactions to support marketing decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in sales, retail, marketing, or service supervision will have an advantage

 Salary:

• BDT 35,000 – 45,000/ (based on experience)

• Dhaka (Hybrid), Bangladesh
