Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure day-to-day office activities
- To maintain effective communication with the Korean Officials
- Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email or telephone.
- To ensure customer satisfaction
- To ensure local & international compliance, 100% implementation of SOP standards
- Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors
- Maintain compliance with the standard operating procedures, manuals, etc, without deviation in process
- To ensure customer satisfaction
- Encourage applicants to provide feedback on the services provided and their overall experience in the office
- Communicate with Korean nationals
- Translate website and business contents
Requirements:
- Officer Level: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service operations, or language-based roles; freshers can also apply
- Deputy Manager Level: Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in client services or operations
Education:
- Bachelor’s from any reputed University
- Candidates must be fluent in: Bangla, English & Korean
Salary:
- Officer Level: Negotiable
- Deputy Manager Level: BDT 70,000 – 120,000/ (based on experience)
