Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Store Expansion, to support its Operations team by ensuring smooth order processing, effective partner shop coordination, and timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process orders from partner shops in a timely and accurate manner
• Check product availability across warehouses and outlets to fulfill partner shop requirements
• Calculate Purchase Order (PO) values based on supplier product pricing
• Coordinate with partner shops regarding payment deposits into the company account
• Verify payment receipts and reconcile transactions with the Finance team
• Create and process Sales Orders using SAP/ERP systems
• Generate invoices and delivery notes against approved Sales Orders
• Share invoices with partner shops and ensure timely communication
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and on-time product delivery
• Monitor product returns and maintain proper documentation for resolution
• Prepare and maintain order-to-delivery lead-time tracking reports
• Update portal/system records regularly and ensure data accuracy
• Prepare reconciliation reports, sales tracking reports, and other MIS reports for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, supply chain, operations, or a related field
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, reconciliation, and basic accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent coordination, communication, time management, and multitasking skills

Salary:

• BDT – 20,000 – 25,000/ (based on experience)
