We’re Hiring! Manager, Marketing & Communications for a Reputed Retail Brand Shop!
Position: Manager, Marketing & Communications
Salary: BDT 120,000 – 160,000/(Based on experience)
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the annual Marketing & Communication Plan aligned with the company’s yearly business objectives
* Enhance brand visibility and positioning among target markets through integrated marketing campaigns
* Drive customer footfall, sales growth, and achievement of annual business targets through sustainable marketing initiatives
* Ensure all marketing activities remain within approved budgets and deliver measurable ROI
* Manage the yearly marketing plan as part of the company’s overall business plan
* Maintain regular coordination with Directors, internal stakeholders, franchisees, and relevant partners
* Prepare, analyze, and submit Strategic Marketing Plans (SMP) for individual stores as per management direction (weekly/fortnightly/monthly)
* Act as the central liaison between the company and marketing agencies for branding, campaigns, and communications
* Collaborate with agencies on marketing strategies, creative designs, content, and brand communication
* Oversee digital marketing agencies for social media content, campaigns, and timelines as per the Director’s guidelines
* Manage external vendors, including models, print vendors, media houses, newspaper companies, and video production agencies
* Supervise and coordinate video commercial shoots to ensure brand standards and timelines are met
* Develop and execute category-wise marketing and activation plans with budget allocation and performance analysis
* Plan and manage sponsorship programs and special branding events
* Design, produce, and place in-store branding materials (stickers, posters, POP, visuals) in line with company standards
* Design and manage online communication materials for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
* Coordinate content development, publishing, and engagement monitoring with agencies
* Analyze and submit footfall comparison reports for promotional activities (SMS, banners, leaflets, brochures, etc.)
* Prepare segment-wise customer insight reports and submit consolidated monthly reports to management
* Organize and coordinate press interviews, seminars, trade shows, TV interviews, loyalty programs, and PR events to strengthen brand presence
* Lead query management and product knowledge coordination when new containers/products arrive at the warehouse
Requirement:
* Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Marketing & Communications role, preferably within Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Lifestyle sectors
* MBA or BBA in Marketing or any related field from a reputed University
