Key Responsibilities:

Catering Business Management:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the catering business
• Manage end-to-end catering operations, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and event organizers
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards

Alternative Business Development:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and revenue streams
• Develop business plans, feasibility studies, and growth strategies
• Lead the launch and management of new business initiatives
• Establish partnerships and strategic alliances to drive business growth
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands

Leadership & Financial Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop business and operations teams
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and performance reports
• Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth targets
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence across all business functions

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in catering, hospitality, FMCG, retail, or business development roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred

Salary:

• BDT-150,000 – 200,000/ (based on experience)
