Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute all civil and structural works for the clean room factory construction at the site
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule
• Coordinate civil works with MEP, clean room, architectural, and structural teams to ensure seamless integration
• Review and monitor excavation, foundation, concrete works, steel structures, finishing, and external works
• Ensure strict dimensional control and tolerance compliance required for clean room facilities
• Review and verify shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals related to civil works
• Monitor daily site activities, manpower, productivity, and work sequencing
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local authority requirements, and project-specific standards
• Identify site issues, clashes, or risks and coordinate timely resolution with the Project Manager
• Check measurements, verify quantities, and support billing and BOQ control
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship and timely progress
• Maintain proper site records, inspection reports, and as-built documentation
• Report daily progress, constraints, and quality issues to the Project Manager

 Requirements:

• BSc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university
• Minimum 7-12 years of experience in industrial or factory construction projects
• Experience working with international clients or contractors (Korean / Japanese projects preferred)
