About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize the company’s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in scaling the organization by ensuring operational excellence across festivals, retreats, studio operations, and workplace wellness programs while building efficient systems, high-performing teams, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across festivals, retreats, studio, and workplace wellness programs
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and runway
• Lead vendor, venue, and partner relationships
• Build team structure and manage hiring and performance
• Set up systems and processes for a growing team
• Drive sponsorship and partnership execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. An MBA is preferred
• Minimum 8-12+ years of relevant professional experience, including significant leadership responsibility, preferably in F&B, retail, healthcare, clinics, ed-tech, or other service-oriented industries

Salary:

• BDT 100,000 – 120,000/ (based on experience)
