โ Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies that cover the entire funnel from acquisition to retention
โ Client Management: Act as the strategic lead for high-value international clients, presenting roadmaps, providing insights on results, and identifying growth opportunities
โ Holistic Collaboration: Partner with international team members to ensure paid media, email automation, and content efforts are perfectly aligned
โ Paid & Performance: Oversee and design paid advertising strategies (social, search, display). You must understand the mechanics of these platforms deeply to guide the team effectively
โ Funnel Optimization: Design and implement nurturing systems. You must understand how email, SMS, retargeting and other marketing avenues plug into the wider strategy to convert leads into long-term customers
โ Growth & Acquisition: Lead the charge in acquiring new clients for the company while sustaining exceptional results for existing ones
โ Documentation: Create professional strategy documents, audit reports, and performance analyses. You will be responsible for leading the “groundwork.”
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ:
โ Minimum of 10โ12 years of hands-on experience, and currently working as a Marketing Strategist within a reputable digital marketing agency
โ Bachelorโs in Marketing, or related field (O/A Levels are preferred)
โ Deep Agency Experience: You have spent multiple years in a fast-paced agency environment. You understand the rhythm of client service and delivery
โ Practitioner-Turned-Strategist: You are not just a “theory person.” You have hands-on experience running ads, setting up email flows, and writing copy so that you can lead the execution team and give them comprehensive guidance. You understand the technical “how” behind the strategic “why.”
โ Digital Mastery:
– Paid Media: Deep knowledge of how paid channels operate
– Email & CRM: Understanding of funnel nurturing (HubSpot experience is a massive plus)
– Content: Ability to guide content direction to support commercial goals
