Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured market exploration to identify new wholesale opportunities, map competitor activities, and expand territory coverage to maximize revenue potential
• Drive wholesaler onboarding through effective prospecting, negotiation, and relationship development to strengthen the distribution network and market penetration
• Ensure disciplined cash recovery and credit control by monitoring outstanding balances, enforcing payment terms, and minimizing bad debt exposure
• Identify, assess, and mitigate business risks, including price volatility, market fluctuation, supply disruption, and operational inefficiencies, to protect profitability and business continuity
• Conduct continuous field visits to assess market stability, identify emerging trends, and strategically drive sustainable business expansion

Requirments:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Officer in a similar industry
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary:

• BDT- 18,000 – 25,000 (based on experience)
