· Drive wholesaler onboarding through effective prospecting, negotiation, and relationship development to strengthen the distribution network and market penetration

· Ensure disciplined cash recovery and credit control by monitoring outstanding balances, enforcing payment terms, and minimizing bad debt exposure

· Identify, assess, and mitigate business risks, including price volatility, market fluctuation, supply disruption, and operational inefficiencies, to protect profitability and business continuity

· Conduct continuous field visits to assess market stability, identify emerging trends, and strategically drive sustainable business expansion

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

· Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university

· Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Officer in a similar industry

· Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
