* Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for fresh products
* Create new sourcing channels and supplier bases to ensure supply continuity and cost competitiveness
* Explore alternative markets, regions, and aggregation points for product sourcing
* Negotiate prices, payment terms, and supply agreements

๐–๐ž๐ญ ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ญ ๐Ž๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
* Source products from wet markets, ensuring freshness, quality, and best pricing
* Monitor seasonal availability, supply risks, and price fluctuations
* Build relationships with wholesalers, traders, and commission agents

๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ญ ๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐š๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง & ๐ˆ๐ง๐ง๐จ๐ฏ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
* Identify gaps in the current sourcing network and introduce new supply sources
* Pilot new procurement models (direct farmer sourcing, bulk aggregation, contract suppliers, etc.)
* Continuously scan the market for new products and supply opportunities
* Support expansion into new markets or sourcing regions

๐‚๐จ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง & ๐‘๐ž๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ :
* Align sourcing plans with demand forecasts and sales requirements
* Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for smooth product flow
* Track sourcing costs, supplier performance, and supply reliability

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
* Bachelorโ€™s degree in Supply Chain or any related field
* Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations (๐„๐ ๐ , ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐œ๐ค๐ž๐ง & ๐…๐ข๐ฌ๐ก)
* Strong knowledge of wet markets and wholesale trading systems
* Proven ability to develop new suppliers and sourcing channels
* Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
* Willing to travel frequently to markets and sourcing locations
