𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐚, 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
* Lead the planning, design, and development of interior and exterior layouts for new stores, remodels, and new retail concepts in line with brand standards and business objectives
* Manage all design phases, including schematic design, design development, and preparation of construction documents and specifications
* Evaluate in-store design and product assortment plans in collaboration with senior management and cross-functional business teams
* Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
* Conduct site surveys, code research, and on-site observations, preparing progress, compliance, and status reports for management
* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, landlords, utility providers, and relevant authorities to resolve project and operational issues efficiently
* Prepare and present annual design budgets, expansion plans, layout concepts, and financial reports in coordination with the Business Development team

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum 7-12 years of experience in retail store design, layout planning, and project execution
* Strong knowledge of retail design standards, construction documentation, and budget control
* Proven skills in project, stakeholder, and vendor management
* Effective leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
