Responsibilities:

Strategy & Brand:

  • Own marketing strategy and annual plans (audiences, channels, budgets, KPI targets) for both organizations
  • Strengthen and standardize brand identity, tone of voice, and visual consistency across campaigns and platforms
  • Create an always-on content engine that supports program goals and fundraising

Campaign & Content Leadership:

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns (public awareness, emergency appeals, adoption/ rescue updates, conservation wins)
  • Lead storytelling: write/edit impact stories, case studies, field updates, newsletters, donor reports, and website copy
  • Convert technical inputs (research findings, veterinary updates, field monitoring) into accurate, accessible content

Digital Marketing & Community Growth:

  • Manage social media calendars, creative direction, community engagement, and crisis communications when needed
  • Run paid media when budget allows (Meta/Google), including targeting, A/B testing, and performance reporting

Fundraising & Donor Communications:

  • Build marketing support for fundraising: appeal pages, donor journeys, email sequences, campaign toolkits
  • Produce donor-ready collateral: pitch decks, sponsor proposals, impact snapshots, and campaign reports

Media, PR & Partnerships:

  • Serve as point person for media relations: press releases, interview coordination, media kits, fact-checking
  • Build relationships with journalists, creators, conservation networks, and animal welfare allies

Team, Process & Governance:

  • Manage creative vendors (designers, videographers, photographers) and/or other stakeholders
  • Create SOPs for approvals, brand compliance, consent/ethical storytelling, and data privacy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years in marketing/communications, ideally in NGOs, social impact, development sector, or mission-driven brands
  • Proven ability to lead campaigns from concept β†’ execution β†’ analytics
  • Experience in wildlife conservation, animal welfare, public health advocacy, or environmental communications

Salary:

BDT- 60,000 – 70,000/(based on experience)
