๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
Strategy & Brand:
โ€ข Own marketing strategy and annual plans (audiences, channels, budgets, KPI targets) for both organizations
โ€ข Strengthen and standardize brand identity, tone of voice, and visual consistency across campaigns and platforms
โ€ข Create an always-on content engine that supports program goals and fundraising

Campaign & Content Leadership:
โ€ข Plan and execute integrated campaigns (public awareness, emergency appeals, adoption/ rescue updates, conservation wins)
โ€ข Lead storytelling: write/edit impact stories, case studies, field updates, newsletters, donor reports, and website copy
โ€ข Convert technical inputs (research findings, veterinary updates, field monitoring) into accurate, accessible content

Digital Marketing & Community Growth:
โ€ข Manage social media calendars, creative direction, community engagement, and crisis communications when needed
โ€ข Run paid media when budget allows (Meta/Google), including targeting, A/B testing, and performance reporting

Fundraising & Donor Communications:
โ€ข Build marketing support for fundraising: appeal pages, donor journeys, email sequences, campaign toolkits
โ€ข Produce donor-ready collateral: pitch decks, sponsor proposals, impact snapshots, and campaign reports

Media, PR & Partnerships:
โ€ข Serve as point person for media relations: press releases, interview coordination, media kits, fact-checking
โ€ข Build relationships with journalists, creators, conservation networks, and animal welfare allies

Team, Process & Governance:
โ€ข Manage creative vendors (designers, videographers, photographers) and/or other stakeholders
โ€ข Create SOPs for approvals, brand compliance, consent/ethical storytelling, and data privacy

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
โ€ข Minimum 5 – 7 years in marketing/communications, ideally in NGOs, social impact, development sector, or mission-driven brands
โ€ข Proven ability to lead campaigns from concept โ†’ execution โ†’ analytics
โ€ข Experience in wildlife conservation, animal welfare, public health advocacy, or environmental communications
