You will lead the B2B sales function, build relationships with business clients, develop strategic accounts, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

* Identify and target potential business clients (wholesale buyers, retailers, institutional buyers)
* Build a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into sustainable partnerships

* Manage end-to-end sales cycles with B2B customers
* Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction
* Collect feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings

* Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

* Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
* Minimum 6-8 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, grocery, e-commerce or related sectors
* Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Solid analytical ability to review sales data, forecast demand, and shape strategy
* Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and dealing directly with business decision makers
* Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting
