๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
1. Demand Planning & Replenishment:
โข Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly demand forecasts based on sales trends and store requirements
โข Plan frequent replenishment cycles for fast-moving grocery items
โข Ensure uninterrupted availability of essential SKUs across all stores
โข Coordinate with store teams to address urgent replenishment needs
2. Procurement & Supplier Management:
โข Manage sourcing and procurement of packaged grocery items, FMCG, and daily essentials
โข Develop and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and brand principals
โข Negotiate pricing, margins, credit terms, lead time, and return policies
โข Ensure multiple supplier options for key SKUs to reduce dependency risks
3. Inventory Management & Control:
โข Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid overstocking, stock-outs, and dead stock
โข Monitor inventory aging and take action on slow-moving SKUs
โข Ensure proper FIFO practices across warehouse and stores
โข Control shrinkage, damages, and stock variance
4. Warehousing & Distribution Operations:
โข Oversee warehouse receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and returns
โข Ensure clean, organized, and efficient warehouse operations
โข Optimize manpower, space utilization, and dispatch accuracy
โข Maintain SOP compliance for handling and documentation
5. Store-Level Supply Chain Execution:
โข Ensure accurate stock transfer, GRN, and reconciliation between warehouse and stores
โข Support store teams in managing backroom inventory and shelf replenishment
โข Reduce manual errors and discrepancies at store level
โข Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
6. Systems, Process & MIS:
โข Ensure effective use of ERP / POS / Inventory Management Systems
โข Improve data accuracy related to stock, sales, and replenishment
โข Develop and maintain MIS dashboards for management review
โข Drive continuous process improvement to reduce operational inefficiencies.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination:
โข Work closely with Merchandising, Sales, Finance, and Store Operations teams
โข Align promotional activities and campaigns with supply readiness
โข Support finance in budgeting, cost control, and working capital management
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ:
* Bachelorโs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
* Minimum 10โ12 years of supply chain experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
