๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
1. HR Strategy & Organization Design:
* Formulate and execute group-wide HR strategy aligned with business goals
* Design organization structures and manpower planning frameworks for scalability
* Drive HR analytics for workforce planning, productivity measurement, and decision-making
* Design organizational structures suited for each companyโs business model and growth stage
* Oversee succession planning, talent mapping, and headcount budgeting across all entities
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
* Oversee the full recruitment cycleโfrom manpower planning to onboarding
* Standardize recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate
3. Performance & Culture Development:
* Implement a structured and unique Performance Management System (PMS) aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & SOPs
* Develop and implement a total rewards strategy covering compensation benchmarking, incentive programs, and recognition systems aligned with company goals
4. Learning & Development:
* Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps and design effective learning programs
* Develop a Learning & Development (L&D) roadmap aligned with business goals
5. HR Operations & Compliance:
* Oversee payroll, attendance, benefits, and leave management systems
* Implement and manage an integrated HRIS to centralize employee data, ensure data accuracy, and enable data-driven decision-making
* Ensure all HR processes comply with local labor laws and company policies.
6. Administrative Management:
* Oversee office management, facility maintenance, and administrative operations
* Ensure efficient use of resources and cost-effective procurement of goods and services
7. Leadership & Employee Engagement:
* Advise CEO on organizational growth, culture, and people strategy
* Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions during restructuring, scaling, or new business integrations
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ:
* Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* ย Minimum 10โ12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
