The role is responsible for defining, articulating, and implementing corporate sales strategies to drive B2B growth. The role involves leading corporate partnerships, contract negotiations, team management, and business expansion initiatives.

* Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue growth
* Identify and acquire corporate clients, wholesalers, and institutional buyers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate partners
* Lead the corporate sales team, ensuring high performance and professional growth
* Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and service agreements
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and service delivery
* Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends
* Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
* Drive innovation in B2B sales initiatives to expand market reach
* Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly

* Bachelorโs degree (MBA preferred) in Marketing, Business, or related field
* Minimum10โ12 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales
* Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role within a Retail Super Shop / FMCG / Modern Trade
