Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned wet markets daily to generate wholesale orders for fresh products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, commission agents, and market leaders
• Monitor daily market prices, competitor activities, and demand trends, and report insights to management
• Ensure accurate order booking, quantity confirmation, and delivery coordination with operations/logistics teams
• Support smooth product placement and visibility in the market
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection as per company policy
• Identify new buyers, stalls, or market clusters to expand business coverage
• Maintain daily sales reports, market intelligence reports, and customer records
• Ensure compliance with company pricing, quality, and sales policies
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge about wet market operations and wholesale trading practices
• Understanding of fresh product handling, demand cycles, and price fluctuation
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Willing to travel frequently to markets and sourcing locations

Salary:

• BDT 18,000 – 22,000/ (based on experience)
