𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: 𝐁𝐃𝐓 𝟏𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 – 𝟏𝟐𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎/(𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞)
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐚, 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager, Architecture & Engineering. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for assisting in store layout design, architectural planning, project coordination, and technical support related to store development and maintenance. The role also involves liaising with contractors, vendors, and relevant departments to ensure timely project execution, maintaining design standards, and supporting the expansion of Company stores across Bangladesh.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
* Plan and design the development and layout of both exterior and interior spaces, evaluate in-store designs and product assortment strategies in collaboration with management
* Actively participate in management team meetings for ongoing projects and new ventures, ensuring clear communication of expectations and next steps
* Contribute to all phases of design, including schematic design, design development, and preparation of construction documents
* Continuously update project manuals and specifications, ensuring all scopes, revisions, and additions are accurately captured
* Conduct on-site inspections and prepare detailed observation reports for management. Build and maintain strong working relationships with material suppliers, contractors, and internal team members
* Perform site surveys, code research, and construction-phase observations to ensure compliance and progress accuracy
* Maintain consistent communication with landlords, utility providers, internet service providers, and local security forces to ensure timely resolution of operational issues
* Manage deadlines and coordinate team efforts to ensure project completion on time and within budget
* Develop complete sets of construction documents, including plans, elevations, details, and section drawings
* Prepare and present annual project expansion budgets, proposed location selections, design layouts, and financial reports to management in coordination with the Business Development team, providing a clear year-over-year overview of expansion progress

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
* Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in store layout design, architectural planning, project coordination, and technical support related fields
* BSc in Civil /Architecture Engineering from any reputed University
