• Collaborate with decision makers, system owners, and business owners to define business requirements and analyze data to develop data solutions
• Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends, and providing actionable insights
• Primary point of contact for analysis work needed for our customer-facing teams, marketing, and finance
• Using data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot performance/data issues
• Creating, building, and maintaining a reporting suite
• Improving internal data reporting
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and accurate assistance
• Proven experience building strong customer relationships and efficiently communicating internal and external voices

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience as a data analyst in a similar Industry
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, related field, or equivalent industry experience
