* Collaborate with decision makers, system owners, and business owners to define business requirements and analyze data to develop data solutions
* Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends, and providing actionable insights
* Primary point of contact for analysis work needed for our customer-facing teams, marketing, and finance
* Using data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot performance/data issues
* Creating, building, and maintaining a reporting suite
* Improving internal data reporting
* Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and accurate assistance
* Proven experience building strong customer relationships and efficiently communicating internal and external voices

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
* Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience as a data analyst in a similar Industry
* Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, related field, or equivalent industry experience
