It’s a key role in shaping how a brand communicates with its audience through content. It goes beyond producing text; it’s about shaping brand voice, crafting creative concepts, and bringing ideas to life across multiple media with a sharp eye for detail and tone.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
1. Develop creative copy for campaigns, brand identities, websites, and social media — and craft longer-form content where required:
a. Craft compelling, clear, and persuasive content across multiple formats (blogs, social media, email, ads)
b. Adapt tone and style to match brand voice and audience needs
c. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and on-brand messaging
d. Strong storytelling skills to engage and convert readers

2. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute fresh, strategic ideas:
a. Work with designers and marketing teams to produce high-quality content
b. Coordinate with sales and product teams to align messaging

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
* Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐲𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫 from Digital Marketing Agency
* Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Communications, or related field (O/A Levels are preferred)

* You are a creative thinker (which means you’re a critical thinker)
* Ability to turn research insights into actionable content ideas
* When you see ads or social posts, you instantly know the strategy behind them, and often think, ‘They could’ve done that better.
* You’re a natural storyteller with a solid grasp of narrative and a sharp eye for detail and tone
* You bring strong writing and editing skills, a creative edge, and experience in content creation, branding, or marketing campaigns
* You’ve written slogans, headlines, taglines, straplines, and calls to action
