𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the company’s overall business operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, extensive operational experience, and the ability to align strategic goals with business execution.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
* Oversee daily business operations across production, sales, supply chain, and retail divisions
* Develop and execute operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
* Implement best practices in process optimization, cost control, and resource management
* Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with company objectives
* Lead department heads to achieve performance goals and maintain a culture of accountability
* Collaborate with the Managing Director/CEO to set long-term growth strategies
* Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
* Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives within the organization

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
* Minimum 14–20 years of experience in operations, preferably in Furniture, Retail, or Manufacturing industries
* Proven experience in leading large teams and managing multiple business units
* Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
