๐‰๐จ๐› ๐’๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ:
To manage and oversee all human resources and administrative functions at PTE Centre, ensuring smooth recruitment and onboarding, maintenance of employee records, compliance with labour laws and company policy, and efficient office administration.

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
๐‡๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ง ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ / ๐๐ž๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ž ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection: draft job descriptions, post job ads, screen CVs/resumes, coordinate interviews, and onboard new employees
* Maintain accurate employee records (personal data, attendance, leave, contracts, etc.)
* Manage attendance and leave administration-track absences, leave applications, and update leave records accordingly
* Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and internal company policies/regulations
๐€๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง & ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ:
* Oversee day-to-day office administration: maintain office supplies, manage facility maintenance, ensure office environment is functional and organized
* Organize official documentation and HR paperwork (offer letters, contracts, employee files, onboarding/offboarding documentation, etc.)
๐‘๐ž๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  & ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐œ๐ฒ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ:
* Help develop and maintain HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks aligned with company values and legal requirements
* Prepare and submit regular HR & Admin reports (e.g. headcount, recruitment status, attendance and leave, performance data, employee turnover, etc.) to management for decision-making
๐„๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฒ๐ž๐ž ๐„๐ง๐ ๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ & ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฉ๐ฅ๐š๐œ๐ž ๐‚๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž:
* Organize employee engagement initiatives โ€” orientation programs, team-building activities, events that foster good workplace culture and employee satisfaction
* Address and manage staff welfare, employee motivation, and workplace environment support

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ:
* Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Candidates with PGDHRM or HR Certification are preferred
* Minimum 4โ€“6 years of experience in HR and Admin roles, preferably in a training/education centre, office, or similar organization
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS/HR management systems or ability to learn quickly.
* Strong organizational, communication (Bangla & English), interpersonal, and multitasking skills
