We are currently seeking a dynamic, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager-Business Development under Business Development Department.
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
* Identify, visit & evaluate potential franchise locations; maintain updated site/property/franchisee data
* Maintain strong daily communication with existing franchisees and resolve operational queries
* Plan & execute at least 2 monthly franchise recruitment campaigns via media, social platforms & associations
* Submit periodic ROI and profitability reports for new vs. existing store management/franchisee need, as per Attend trade fairs to gather franchise leads and explore business opportunities
* Visit stores monthly to review performance, Interior/exterior status, staff insights & customer trends
* Maintain potential and existing franchisee/customer database; communicate regularly and report monthly
* Prepare rent agreements with legal team and arrange agreement signing as per management instructions
* Organize franchisee meetings, presentations, and signing ceremonies with proper branding/decoration
* Keep all franchise documents (hard/soft) organized, filed, and backed up on company server
* Lead coordination meetings for new store openings; share Gantt chart action plans and follow up execution
* Ensure franchisee payments are collected timely, maintain weekly franchisee-wise accounts report
* Collaborate on store-wise sales targets; analyze and report performance observations
* Arrange training for new franchisees on business model, policies, and operational procedures
* Monitor competitor strategies, pricing, and market trends; share insights for decision-making. Conduct regular feasibility and ROI studies through market research to support store planning
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
* Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in business development, retail expansion, franchise management, sales strategy, or related roles โ preferably within retail, FMCG, or consumer lifestyle sectors
* Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
