𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐀𝐧𝐲𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
As a Zonal In-Charge, you will lead sales and distribution operations within your assigned zone. You’ll be responsible for ensuring targets are met, building strong relationships with customers and distributors, and supporting field teams to grow market share.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
* Drive sales performance across the zone and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
* Monitor sales trends and take corrective action if targets are lagging
* Supervise, train and motivate sales representatives and merchandisers in the zone
* Set clear goals and KPIs for the team
* Expand distribution reach by onboarding new retail outlets and trade partners
* Strengthen relationships with existing distributors and key accounts
* Conduct regular field visits to assess market execution, product availability, shelf space and competitor activity
* Report market insights and customer feedback to head office
* Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines and brand standards
* Drive effective merchandising, display compliance, and promotional execution
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in field sales, distribution or FMCG sales management
* Experience handling teams and working in fast-moving consumer goods is preferred
