We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to support daily operations, rotate through key departments, and learn company processes. This role is ideal for fresh graduateโs eager to grow and develop into future leadership positions.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
* Assist in day-to-day operations across different departments
* Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports for management
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow
* Learn and implement company policies, processes, and operational strategies
* Participate in training sessions and work on assigned projects

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
