We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and resilient Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Principal. This is a high-stakes role that requires someone who can handle complex logistics, manage personal and professional finances, and keep a schedule running smoothly under pressure.

1. Travel & Mobility Management:
โ End-to-end Visa Processing (Documentation, Embassy liaison, and appointment tracking)
โ Complex Flight & Itinerary Ticketing (Managing multi-city routes, hotel bookings, and ground transport)
โ Maintaining a database of travel preferences, loyalty programs, and passport renewals
ย
2. Communication & Documentation:
โ Drafting high-level Formal Letters, legal notices, and professional emails
โ Managing the Principal’s inbox: filtering, prioritizing, and responding to correspondence
โ Transcribing meeting minutes and following up on “Action Items” with various stakeholders
ย
3. Financial & Account Management:
โ Maintaining Personal Accounts: Tracking expenses, managing utility bills, and coordinating with bank officials
โ Preparing monthly expense reports and overseeing petty cash management
โ Handling sensitive financial documentation with 100% confidentiality
ย
4. Scheduling & Coordination:
โ Managing a complex Master Calendar: Scheduling appointments, reminders, and corporate events
โ Acting as the primary point of contact (Gatekeeper) for internal and external guests
โ Organizing personal errands and lifestyle management tasks as required
ย
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โ Minimum Graduate from any reputed university (English or Business background preferred)
โ Minimum 5 – 8 Yearsโ experience in an Executive Assistant relevant industry
โ Advanced user of MS Office (Excel for accounts, Word for drafting, Outlook for scheduling)
โ Native-level fluency in Bangla and Professional-level proficiency in English (written and spoken)
โ Proven ability to work long hours and remain composed under extreme pressure
โ Absolute discretion regarding private personal and financial information
