𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: 𝐁𝐃𝐓 𝟑𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎 – 𝟓𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎/ (𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞)
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐚, 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
We are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support and strengthen our financial operations as we scale our halal digital ecosystem globally. This role is critical in ensuring financial discipline, transparency, compliance, and strategic decision-making aligned with Islamic values and business ethics.

The Assistant Finance Manager will work closely with leadership to manage financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance while supporting sustainable growth across company’s products and services.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Financial Management & Reporting:
* Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* Ensure accurate bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliation
* Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance across departments
* Provide timely financial reports and insights to management

Budgeting & Planning:
* Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts
* Track budget utilization and recommend cost-optimization strategies
* Support long-term financial planning aligned with business growth

Compliance & Governance:
* Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and company policies
* Manage VAT, tax filings, audits, and statutory reporting
* Maintain strong internal financial controls and risk management practices
* Ensure financial operations align with halal and ethical business standards

Payroll & Vendor Management:
* Oversee payroll processing, benefits, and employee-related financial matters
* Manage vendor payments, contracts, and financial obligations
* Coordinate with HR and Admin teams on compensation and operational costs

Corporate Finance Activities:
* Prepare Corporate Finance documents for Investors
* Assist the Leadership to share investment and performance analysis deck to Investor
* Support fundraising, investment planning, and financial due diligence (if applicable)
* Assist in improving financial processes, tools, and systems for scalability

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, MBA or CPA preferred
* Minimum 4-6 years of experience in finance or accounting. Experience in startups, tech companies, or fast-growing organizations is a preferred
