* Lead the overall recruitment process, ensuring quality hiring for all functions
* Supervise recruitment standards, manpower planning, and early-career programs (MTO & Internship)
* Oversee induction and onboarding frameworks to strengthen cultural alignment and employee experience
* Lead HR policy development, review, and organizational communication
* Develop HR tools, dashboards, and digital automation solutions to increase efficiency
* Strengthen employer branding through external partnership sand talent outreach
* Mentor and guide HR team members to build capability and support organizational transformation
Key Requirements:
* BBA/MBA from a reputed private/public university
* Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in the relevant field
