About the Role:

To lead practical AI adoption, digital transformation, and business process automation initiatives across the Company. The AI & Digital Transformation Lead will identify high-value business use cases, evaluate and implement suitable AI, automation, analytics, and low-code tools, build employee AI literacy, coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensure secure, responsible, and measurable technology adoption that improves productivity, decision-making, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s practical AI, automation, and digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives and IT governance
• Identify and prioritize high-value use cases across construction/project reporting, procurement, finance, customer service, CRM, document processing, property management, facility management, and executive reporting
• Evaluate, recommend, and support implementation of AI tools, RPA/BPA solutions, analytics dashboards, low-code workflows, and productivity platforms for business units
• Design and deliver AI literacy and upskilling programs for employees at all levels across the group
• Collaborate with business unit heads and process owners to define requirements, assess feasibility, estimate benefits, and prioritize implementation based on business impact
• Manage proof-of-concept projects, pilot deployments, user testing, adoption plans, and scale-up of successful initiatives into enterprise use
• Monitor emerging AI trends and advise leadership on relevant opportunities and risks
• Promote responsible AI, data privacy, information security, and appropriate use of enterprise data in all initiatives
• Establish KPIs and metrics to track performance and ROI of AI/automation programs
• Liaise with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners for solution delivery
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in CSE, Information Technology, AI, Data Science, Digital Transformation, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years in IT, Digital Transformation, Automation, Business Systems, or Technology-enabled process improvement; at least 2-3 years exposure to AI tools, automation, analytics, or enterprise digital adoption initiatives

Salary:

• BDT 150,000 – 180,000/ (based on experience)
