Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) that incorporate design milestones, CAD submission deadlines, and approval cycles
• Act as the primary liaison between the design team and site engineers to ensure construction activities align with the latest CAD revisions
• Manage the flow of technical drawings and design documents; track RFI (Request for Information) and submittal status to prevent construction delays
• Monitor design progress against the baseline schedule; identify potential bottlenecks in the design-to-construction transition and propose mitigation strategies
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports highlighting design-related risks, resource allocation, and schedule variances
• Coordinate with the design team to identify and resolve potential design clashes before they impact site execution

 Requirements:

• BSc in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Minimum 6 – 10 years of experience in construction planning or design coordination for large-scale projects
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; strong ability to interpret complex engineering drawings
• Strong command of project management software (Primavera P6 or MS Project) and MS Office Suite
