Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure day-to-day office activities
  • To maintain effective communication with the Korean Officials
  • Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email or telephone.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction
  • To ensure local & international compliance, 100% implementation of SOP standards
  • Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors
  • Maintain compliance with the standard operating procedures, manuals, etc, without deviation in process
  • To ensure customer satisfaction
  • Encourage applicants to provide feedback on the services provided and their overall experience in the office
  • Communicate with Korean nationals
  • Translate website and business contents

Requirements:

  • Officer Level: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service operations, or language-based roles; freshers can also apply
  • Deputy Manager Level: Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in client services or operations

Education:

  • Bachelor’s from any reputed University
  • Candidates must be fluent in: Bangla, English & Korean

Salary:

  • Officer Level: Negotiable
  • Deputy Manager Level: BDT 70,000 – 120,000/ (based on experience)

Location:

  • Dhaka, Bangladesh
