Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent & Culture Lead who believes that culture is a competitive advantage and engagement drives business results. This role is not about process for process’s sake. It’s about embedding a high-performance, high-care culture inside a fast-moving organization, and building an attractive culture-first, business-savvy, engagement-obsessed human. You will sit at the leadership table, not in a Talent & Culture silo.
Key Responsibilities:
Culture Strategy:
- Define, operationalize, and measure a living culture (e.g., ownership, agility, inclusion, customer-first)
- Lead culture diagnostics (e.g., culture audits, network analysis, pulse checks) and convert insights into leadership actions
- Partner with marketing/brand teams to internally activate employer brand as a culture reality, not posters
- Drive psychological safety and speak-up behaviors across hybrid/frontline/office teams
People-led Business Growth:
- Move engagement beyond surveys → link to productivity, retention, and customer NPS
- Own eNPS, weekly pulse, and quarterly action plans with accountability loops (no “survey fatigue”)
- Lead high-impact initiatives: flexible benefits, well-being embedded in workflows, manager-led engagement
- Use people data (attrition by segment, performance by team, engagement by manager) to influence P&L decisions
- Lead quarterly “people & performance” reviews with KPIs tied to business outcomes
Performance Enablement (Not Control):
- Replace annual reviews with lightweight, continuous coaching and real-time feedback loops
- Train managers to give candid, caring feedback that improves output, not compliance
- Identify rising stars and flight risks; create growth paths without waiting for promotions
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
- Lead programs that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, or a related field
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist or Talent & Culture role, with exposure to multiple HR functions
- Strong communication skills in English and Bangla
Salary:
- BDT- 80,000 – 100,000/ (based on experience)
