Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management Framework:

  • Design, implement, and manage the company-wide PMS aligned with business strategy
  • Develop KPIs, OKRs, and balanced scorecards for different business units
  • Ensure alignment of individual goals with organizational objectives

Performance Cycle Management:

  • Lead annual and quarterly performance review cycles
  • Monitor goal setting, mid-year reviews, and final evaluations
  • Ensure consistency and fairness across departments and locations

Data & Analytics:

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas
  • Develop dashboards and reports for leadership decision-making
  • Track productivity, employee effectiveness, and business impact

Capability Building:

  • Train managers and employees on PMS tools, goal setting, and feedback culture
  • Support leadership in conducting effective performance reviews and appraisals

Policy & Process Development:

  • Develop and update PMS policies, guidelines, and SOPs
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and HR best practices

Integration with HR Functions:

  • Align PMS with compensation, rewards, promotions, and succession planning
  • Collaborate with L&D for performance improvement initiatives
  • Support talent management and leadership development programs

Digital Transformation:

  • Implement and manage HRIS or PMS software solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in KPI, Goal Setting, Overall PMS process from any FMCG/Retail/Telco industries/Similar Industries
