Role Summary:

The Head of Interior Design-Sr. Architect will be a senior leader responsible for steering architectural and interior design strategy, overseeing project execution, and ensuring delivery excellence. This is ideally suited to an expatriate professional bringing global design standards, cutting-edge methodologies, and cross-cultural best practices to a fast-growing luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Creative Direction: Define the creative vision and direction for our interior design projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand positioning and business objectives
• Project Leadership: Provide expert guidance to manage and oversee a portfolio of high-end interior projects from concept to execution, including the development of project workflows, processes, and detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to ensure effective planning and execution
• Team Leadership: Build an inspiring, collaborative, and high-performing design team culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and open communication
•  Goal Setting: Set clear objectives and performance goals for the design team in alignment with business targets, while integrating process efficiency and design excellence into team KPIs
• Resource & Process Management: Delegate tasks effectively, monitor progress, set realistic deadlines, and support process development initiatives that enhance team productivity and project outcomes

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputed Public/Private University
• 12+ years of experience with 5+ years at the leadership level in the architectural/interior discipline
• Proven luxury residential/commercial projects portfolio
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with AR/VR tools
• Strong presentation and leadership skills; ability to influence stakeholders at the C-level
• Fluent in English; Bangla proficiency is a strong plus
