Role Summary:

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will lead the Company’s overall technology vision and digital transformation agenda, enabling business growth, retail expansion, and operational excellence. The role requires deep retail business understanding, strong leadership in enterprise systems, and the ability to align technology with large-scale store expansion, supply chain efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the IT and digital strategy aligned with the company’s growth, omnichannel, and expansion roadmap
• Lead technology enablement for new store openings, expansion projects, and large-scale retail operations
• Oversee core retail systems, including ERP, POS, SCM, WMS, CRM, loyalty platforms, and data analytics
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across merchandising, supply chain, finance, HR, and store operations
• Ensure system scalability, cybersecurity, data governance, and business continuity across nationwide operations
• Partner closely with business leaders to translate retail and operational needs into technology solutions
• Lead and develop high-performing IT, data, and digital teams while managing vendors and technology partners
• Optimize IT investments, budgets, and ROI to support sustainable growth and innovation

Retail & Business Focus:

• Strong understanding of modern retail operations, including category management, pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and supply chain integration
• Enable data-driven decision-making through BI, analytics, and AI-driven retail insights
• Support customer-centric initiatives, including e-commerce, mobile apps, loyalty programs, and personalization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT leadership, with significant exposure to retail, FMCG, or large-scale consumer businesses
• Proven experience supporting retail business and expansion, multi-store operations, and digital retail platforms
• Strong exposure to enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and system integrations
