𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐚, 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Distribution & Logistics Management:
* Oversee end-to-end Distribution Center operations including receiving, storage, order processing, dispatch, and last-mile distribution to all retail outlets
* Develop and implement efficient route planning and vehicle utilization strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
* Ensure accurate and timely outlet-wise replenishment planning based on demand, sales trends, and operational priorities

Demand & Quantity Planning:
* Lead quantity planning and allocation to ensure optimal stock availability across all outlets while minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory
* Collaborate with Commercial, Category, and Planning teams to align distribution with sales forecasts and promotional activities
* Monitor inventory levels, stock aging, shrinkage, and wastage, ensuring adherence to inventory control standards

Operational Excellence:
* Establish and implement SOPs and KPIs for Distribution Center operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and improve service levels
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all Distribution Center operations

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
* Lead, develop, and manage Distribution Center teams including warehouse, planning, and logistics personnel
* Coordinate closely with retail operations, supply chain, procurement, and transport teams to ensure seamless distribution
* Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
* Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including delivery timelines, order fulfillment rate, inventory accuracy, and logistics costs
* Prepare operational reports and dashboards for senior management review
* Drive corrective actions to address operational gaps and improve efficiency

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
* 10–15 years of experience in distribution, warehouse, or supply chain operations in retail, FMCG, or distribution-intensive industries
* Minimum 4–5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale Distribution Center operations
