Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and development of interior and exterior layouts for new stores, remodels, and new retail concepts in line with brand standards and business objectives
• Manage all design phases, including schematic design, design development, and preparation of construction documents and specifications
• Evaluate in-store design and product assortment plans in collaboration with senior management and cross-functional business teams
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
• Conduct site surveys, code research, and on-site observations, preparing progress, compliance, and status reports for management
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, landlords, utility providers, and relevant authorities to resolve project and operational issues efficiently
• Prepare and present annual design budgets, expansion plans, layout concepts, and financial reports in coordination with the Business Development team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7-12 years of experience in retail store design, layout planning, and project execution
• Strong knowledge of retail design standards, construction documentation, and budget control
• Proven skills in project, stakeholder, and vendor management
• Effective leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities

Salary:

• BDT- 100,000 – 130,000/(based on experience)
