๐‰๐จ๐› ๐’๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support business decision-making through accurate data analysis and reporting. The role will focus on sales, distribution, marketing, and supply chain data to help improve performance and drive growth in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
* Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance systems
* Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management
* Track key business KPIs such as sales growth, market share, distribution coverage, and inventory turnover
* Analyze consumer behavior, promotional effectiveness, and pricing trends
* Support demand forecasting and sales planning through data-driven insights
* Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand data requirements
* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
* Automate reports and improve data processes where possible

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
* Bachelorโ€™s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field
* Minimum 5โ€“7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods
* Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query)
* Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
* Working knowledge of SQL and database management
* Good understanding of sales and distribution data in FMCG environments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to present complex data in a clear and simple way
