๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐’๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ:
Youโ€™ll lead sales strategy and execution across a defined division. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, building strong distributor relationships, and leading sales teams to deliver results in both primary and secondary channels

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

Sales Growth & Targets:
* Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue goals
* Drive both primary sales (to distributors) and secondary sales (to retail/wholesale)
* Ensure product availability and visibility across all trade channels

Distribution & Market Coverage:
* Expand distribution footprint including general trade, modern trade, and wholesale
* Manage stock levels, timely product delivery, and channel execution
* Improve numeric and weighted distribution in your division

Market Execution & Insights:
* Enforce merchandising standards and point-of-sale activities for key product lines
* Track competitor pricing, activities, and market movements
* Lead field promotions and campaigns to boost consumer demand

Team Leadership:
* Supervise, coach, and motivate zonal and field sales teams (e.g., Zone In-Charge, Sales Reps)
* Conduct route audits, joint market visits, and performance reviews
* Build a high-performing, accountable team culture

Planning & Reporting:
* Develop sales plans, forecasts, and territory reporting dashboards
* Maintain regular MIS updates on sales performance, distribution metrics and KPIs
* Use sales analytics to refine execution plans

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
* Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)
* Minimum 5โ€“7 years of sales experience, ideally in FMCG, food products, or fast-moving consumer goods
* Proven experience managing teams and distributor networks
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales channels
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
