๐‘๐จ๐ฅ๐ž ๐’๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sr. Executive / Deputy Manager for Talent Acquisition. In this role you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities to attract and hire top talent across functions. You will work closely with business leaders to build strong candidate pipelines while ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers.

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
ยทย Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across departments
ยทย Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
ยทย Use a mix of channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, direct sourcing and industry networks to attract candidates
ยทย Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates against role requirements
ยทย Manage candidate communication, scheduling, interview feedback and offer negotiations
ยทย Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles to support business growth plans
ยทย Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Company presence in the talent market
ยทย Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to measure time to hire, quality of hire and sourcing effectiveness
ยทย Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ:
ยทย Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
ยทย Minimum 4 to 8 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally in a corporate environment
ยทย Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools, platforms and best practices
ยทย Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali
ยทย Ability to assess candidate suitability beyond technical skills
ยทย Organized, outcome-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
