Officer / Deputy Manager (Italian Language Expert)
Role Summary:
The Italian Language Expert is responsible for ensuring effective communication with Italian officials and stakeholders, managing day-to-day office operations, and delivering high-quality customer service. This role ensures strict compliance with local and international standards, accurate data management, and consistent implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective and professional communication with Italian officials, partners, and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
- Handle customer/applicant queries efficiently through face-to-face interaction, email, and telephone
- Provide accurate information and guidance to applicants in a timely manner
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery
- Ensure full compliance with local and international regulations and 100% adherence to SOP standards
- Record, update, and maintain all application-related data accurately
- Ensure timely and error-free data entry into the system
- Maintain strict compliance with SOPs, operational manuals, and internal policies without deviation
- Monitor service quality and proactively resolve customer issues or concerns
- Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services and overall office experience
- Support continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and operational insights
- Perform any other duties assigned by management related to operations and customer service
Requirements:
- Officer Level: Minimum 1โ3 years of relevant experience in customer service, operations, or language-based roles
- Deputy Manager Level: Minimum 4โ6 years of relevant experience, preferably in client services or operations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of compliance standards, SOPs, and process-driven environments
Salary:
- Officer Level: BDT 40,000 โ 60,000/ (based on experience)
- Deputy Manager Level: BDT 60,000 โ 85,000/ (based on experience)
