Position: Sales Associate
Salary: BDT 18,000 – 22,000/ (Based on experience)
Location: Banani, Dhaka

Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving enrollments by managing student inquiries and building long-term relationships. Your primary focus will be on converting leads into successful enrollments through effective communication and persistence.

Responsibilities:
* Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
* Assist customers with product selection, styling tips and fit guidance
* Provide accurate information on product details, sizes, pricing and promotions
* Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately
* Maintain clean, organized and attractive displays of merchandise
* Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
* Stay updated on current product lines, fashion trends and inventory levels
* Support online order fulfilment and customer queries when needed
* Coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure a smooth shopping experience

Requirement:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
* Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in sales & Marketing preferably in a Clothing Shop
