1. Financial Management & Compliance:
*ย Champion digital transformation and data-driven financial management practices
*ย Drive overall financial planning and decision-making aligned with company objectives
*ย Oversee all accounting, ledger, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards and regulations
*ย Maintain robust internal controls for revenue, costs, budgets, and expenditures
*ย Ensure proper VAT & TAX operations, including maintenance and submission in accordance with government regulations
*ย Lead internal and external audit processes ensuring governance integrity
2. Financial Planning & Analysis:
*ย Lead long-term financial strategy development in line with the companyโs vision and growth goals
*ย Focus on wealth maximization through effective capital allocation and financial efficiency
*ย Conduct regular financial analysis and prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
*ย Use financial modeling to support strategic business decisions
3. Project & Investment Management:
*ย Lead fundraising, investor relations, and capital planning for new ventures
*ย Manage capital structure and optimize funding strategies
*ย Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial partners
*ย Oversee financial accounting and reporting for projects and grants, ensuring budget alignment and transparency
4. Leadership & Team Development:
*ย Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, setting clear goals and accountability structures
*ย Implement training and development programs to strengthen financial capability across the organization
*ย Foster collaboration, transparency, and a performance-driven culture within the finance function

*ย Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
*ย Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
