* Minimum 15+ years of leadership experience in technology management, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or large consumer-facing enterprises

* Proven experience leading digital transformation at scale, managing enterprise systems, and driving innovation

๐“๐ž๐œ๐ก๐ง๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐’๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ:

* Strong background in software architecture, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), data infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital platforms

* Demonstrated ability to lead omnichannel technology ecosystems for retail operations and online platforms
