* Develop and execute end-to-end sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for all brand lines and retail formats (stores, wholesale, events, digital channels)
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships
* Lead, mentor and scale the sales team including regional sales managers, retail managers, and account executives

* Oversee daily operations across retail stores, distribution centers, and sales channels, ensuring seamless execution
* Implement operational best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures
* Coordinate supply chain activities with merchandising, inventory teams, and third-party logistics to reduce lead times, shrinkage and stockouts
* Ensure compliance with company policies and retail regulatory standards
๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ซ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ & ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ:
* Champion customer-centric initiatives aimed at improving satisfaction, loyalty and repeat purchase rates
* Ensure consistent visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand representation in all customer touchpoints Financial Performance & Reporting
* Develop sales forecasts and budgets; regularly report on performance to senior leadership
* Analyze P&L to identify areas for margin improvement and revenue growth

* Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
* Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in retail, fashion/apparel, lifestyle brands
* Proven track record of leading sales teams and managing large-scale operations with measurable achievements
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
